CANCELLATION POLICY

  1. All services must be paid for in full at the time of booking. Appointments are only confirmed when full payment has been received.

  2. If you want to cancel or reschedule your appointment, you must inform us no less than 48 hours before your appointment time. In this case you will be entitled to a full refund, or you will be able to reschedule a different time for your appointment. We can only reschedule the same appointment a maximum of twice. Further rescheduling will not be possible, and you will be charged the full amount of the services you booked.

  3. If you cancel your appointment or ask to reschedule your appointment less than 48 hours before your appointment time, or you do not show up for your appointment, you will be charged the full amount of the service/s you originally booked.

  4. Should you arrive more than 10 minutes late for your appointment, we will do what we can of the treatment in the time we have left. Please note that it might not be possible to complete the whole treatment if you arrive late for your appointment.

  5. If it is necessary for us to cancel your appointment and no suitable alternative date can be found, you will receive a full refund of the amount you paid at the time of booking.
